Your photos remain yours.
Privacy policy · Updated September 24, 2026.
Controller and scope
Juan Diego Urdaneta is responsible for ArtyOrder. This policy describes the current development version and this website. Contact: contacto@juandiegourdaneta.com.
Photos and designs on your device
The app uses only photos you explicitly choose through the iOS photo picker. Copies, crops, designs and order drafts are stored on your device. Photos are not currently uploaded to our server. Delivery details entered in a draft also remain local.
Server connections
The app retrieves the catalogue and may send a product type and crop dimensions to check resolution, without sending the photo or delivery address. Hostinger hosts the service and may process technical information such as IP address, time, requested path and errors to operate and protect the hosting. We have not verified a single retention period for its logs and backups.
This website and support
This website includes no analytics, advertising, external fonts or first-party cookies. The hosting provider may use technical security mechanisms. If you contact support, we receive your email address and submitted content to handle your request. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve it and meet applicable obligations; you may request deletion.
Optional Apple account
You can design without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple provides a stable pseudonymous identifier for ArtyOrder; we do not request your name or email. We retain a hash of that identifier, a random internal identifier and protected sessions for no more than seven days. You can sign out or delete the account in the app. Deletion removes the server identity, sessions and associated files that are not retained for an active order; designs saved locally remain on your device.
Payments and printing
Stripe payments and the transfer of files or orders to Prodigi are not enabled in the current version. Before enabling them, we will update this policy with the data shared, purposes and retention periods. The proposed 72-hour expiry for future uploads is not a guarantee that hosting backups or printer copies will be deleted at that time.
Your choices and rights
You can remove photo access in iOS settings, delete projects and delete your account in the app. Local drafts do not expire automatically; recovery on another device is not offered. Backups you configure with Apple are also subject to its settings and policies. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, use the contact email. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, request portability or complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We will update the date and contents when data processing changes. We will explain relevant changes before enabling features that send photos, process payments or place orders.
